Here are the shipment process from Indonesia to your door

1. Choose your betta fish and make payment for it (betta fish price + Indonesia transhipper fee).
2. Upscale Betta pack and ship your betta fish to Indonesia transhipper.
3. Indonesia transhipper ship your betta fish to your country transhipper.
4. Buyer pays for shipping cost to your country transhipper.
5. Your country transhipper ship your betta fish your door.

Here are the DOA (Death on Arrival) policy

1. Carefully open the fish package.
2. If you see the betta fish dead do not open the plastic bag and take a picture of it while still on the plastic bag (Opening the plastic bag with the dead fish in it could forfeit the warranty).
3. Send us the dead betta fish photo via whatsapp/email.
4. We will choose a similar betta fish to replace the dead fish and send it to your place (buyer pay for shipping) or you can get your money back (fish price only exclude shipping fee).
